Product Design, UX Architecture & Frontend Engineering for an AI-Powered Survey Platform
Overview
Dequestion Dashboard is the core application behind the platform, designed to help teams create, manage, distribute, and analyze surveys, polls, and quizzes from a single unified workspace.
Rather than building a traditional form builder, the vision was to create a complete AI-powered research platform that simplifies the entire data collection lifecycle—from content generation to response analysis.
The project includes AI-assisted form generation, visual editing, multilingual support, analytics, branding, authentication, billing, sharing, and workspace management within a scalable SaaS architecture.
The Challenge
Designing a product that combines surveys, polls, quizzes, artificial intelligence, multilingual content, analytics, branding, authentication, and billing into a single experience presents significant UX and product challenges.
Every workflow needed to remain intuitive for both technical and non-technical users while supporting increasingly sophisticated capabilities.
At the same time, the application had to remain modular, scalable, and maintainable to support continuous product evolution.
The Solution
I designed the complete product experience, including the information architecture, dashboard navigation, reusable design system, AI workflows, visual form builder, analytics dashboards, branding management, sharing experiences, authentication flows, and responsive interface system.
The visual editor allows users to build interactive forms using drag-and-drop interactions, live preview, automatic saving, theme customization, multilingual content management, and AI-generated surveys created from simple prompts or existing documents.
The frontend architecture was implemented with scalability and long-term maintainability in mind, allowing rapid feature development while preserving a consistent user experience throughout the platform.
